e-Survey system is a web-based application for conducting electronic online surveys. It captures online feedback and comment from the users / clients about industry activities & events; analyze captured data & transform it into constructive information. Its sophisticated survey composer eases the creation, testing and administration of different survey projects. Information can be exported for further data manipulation and analysis.

e-Survey provides multi-dimensional navigation such that users can easily locate information and the related functions. It supports multi-lingual, including English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Thai and Italian.

Completely web-based. No need to install any client software

Survey Composer with 13 question types, conditional branching driven by answer, survey status control, different theme selection, survey quota, copy survey, multi-language question and answer composer and etc.

Multi-lingual support

Internal user directory integration (e.g. Active Directory or LDAP)

System configurator with reusable answer set, currency, image library, e-mail notification, information profiling, Code Translation Table and etc

Survey Monitor displays figures such as survey hit rate, purge engine for housekeeping and etc

Reporting – including both on-line and off-line reports, tabulation report, fixed length or Delimiter and etc

Email Marketing -Upon creation of an e-survey, the composer can now choose to create an email invitation and broadcast to all the target recipients

Recipient Management – Targeted recipients can now be mass imported to the System from MS Excel or CSV file. Multiple recipient lists can be created to target different segments

Enhanced User Management – In the previous version, user repository is linked to external LDAP. Version 4.0 supports built-in user repository
