(May 2008) Hong Kong 2009 East Asian Game Organization appointed DMA Solutions to provide development and implementation services for their large scale Web Volunteer Recruitment System. On-line channel becomes one of their major means to recruit volunteers to serve the game in year 2009. Officially, candidates must go through multiple formal qualification stages in order to qualify. Large volume of applications will be received and screened. High volume of notification will be alerted out to difference candidate under difference stage. Large scale skill-up trainings will be provided to qualified candidates to select in order to serve the game in specific areas. Over 30 reports will be generated for monitoring purpose. Therefore, a complex and yet easy–to-operate management system is required to achieve such high profile objectives.
